Extraordinary from first contact through job completion. Professional, polite owner Steve gave us complete confidence that all would go well, and it did. Worksite was immaculate at job end, and Steve walked me through to explain what was done, sharing the safety features of his gas line installation.

ABC Plumbing recently installed a gas line and electricity to my fireplace in order for me to have a gas fireplace insert installed. This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Initially I had phone contact with Steve to discuss what needed to be done and approximate costs. He was thorough and very patient throughout our conversation. I sent him a drawing and dimensions and he provided me with a realistic estimate over the phone that proved to be very close to the actual bill. Steve and Miguel performed the installation flawlessly. They arrived on time, inspected the house, explained what needed to be done and then installed the gas line and electricity skillfully and with great care. They were exceptionally courteous, unhurried and were clearly interested in doing the job properly and to my satisfaction. They cleaned everything up nicely and wore their masks (to stop the spread of Covid19) the entire time they were inside my house. I will be purchasing my fireplace insert from Warming Trends in Santa Rosa. Steve and Miguel are very familiar with their preferences for locating the gas and electricity. I really appreciate having a good experience with a skilled service provider. I won't hesitate to contact ABC Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Honestly the best Plumber we've ever worked with. Stephen is tireless in pleasing his clients. He's helped us tremendously on many projects associated with a complete remodel of our kitchen. From hooking up our gas stove, to moving a refrigerator water line, to installing a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, he and his team give 100%. We found many contractors only do an OK job not taking into consideration the next steps in a project. Not only did Stephen and his team do a great job, they cleaned up everything after they left! We can't say enough good things about ABC Plumbing and highly recommend them to anyone who wants A-level service.

ABC Plumbing worked on a gas pipe in our home, they were courteous, professional, on time, they did a great job for us quickly and cleanly. A pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

ABC Plumbing installed a new gas line and an electrical outlet in order to convert my former fireplace to my new gas Fireplace insert. We began this process back in March. As you can guess, everything was stopped. They told me to let them know when the stone work was completed, and they would come as soon as was possible. Well, the day the stone was placed, I called ABC and they scheduled me for the following Tuesday. Needless to say they were on time, friendly, neat, careful of what they were working on as well as what was near where they working, including under the house. They also answered the many questions I had through this process. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for plumbing company that can do many projects.
